I called Quality Radon Systems to replace a radon fan that was no longer working. James gave me a call back. He was friendly and diagnosed the proper replacement over the phone. When the fan came in, he re-contacted me to schedule a time to come out, despite having a very busy schedule.

He was just as friendly and professional in person. He replaced the part, took a look at the rest of the system, and made some future recommendations. There was no upsell, just an honest guy working hard and doing a great job. I would highly recommend Quality Radon Systems. Thanks James!
